Help! - Weight

Cyclestats has the ability to store and monitor your own weight, giving you a charted history for you to monitor should you need to. This is useful if you are looking to lose weight as you are cycling.

In the system meny select 'Update your details' if you have done this previously, then you do not need to do this again.

Complete all of the fields and click 'Save Changes'

Once you have your details updated, click on 'Add weight entry' to enter you weight in pounds, click 'Add weight' to save the information.

After a period of time you will have entered a few weights into the system and the charts will start to offer you an insight into your weight maintaining or weight loss.
